Join us for a special beer pairing dinner featuring Rogue Ales.

  • 1st Course: Duck Confit Salad, Wonton Cup.  Paired with Dead Guy Maibock
  • 2nd Course: Peppercorn-crusted Filet Mignon, Wild Mushroom Mashed Potato, Sriracha Cream.  Paired with Brutal IPA
  • 3rd Course: Cardamom/Cinnamon/Dark Chocolate Flourless Cake, White Chocolate & Cocoa Nib Anglaise, Milk Chocolate Curls.  Paired with Mocha Porter
  • 4th Course: Blue Cheese Mousse, Fresh Apple.  Paired with New Crustacean Barley Wine/Imperial IPA
