  • Bratwurst with Spätzle dumplings paired with Paulaner Hefeweizen
  • Beef Rouladen, baked Sauerkraut and Potato Pancake paired with Hofbrau Original Lager
  • Duck Schnitzel with root vegetable succotash paired with Ayinger Oktoberfest
  • Duo of Strudel – poppy seed and apple – and Currant Sorbet paired with Spaten Optimator Dopplebock
