1st Course: Stone Crab Risotto, blistered Farmer Carl Cherry Tomato, Sweet Home Farms White Cheddar (presented by Chef/owner Joe Abston). Beer – Bayou Teche Saison D’ecrevisses. Wine – Haras Pirque “Albaclara’ Sauvignon Blanc.
2nd Course: Chilton County Peach- and R.J. Renfroe Pecan-stuffed Pork Loin, Salad of Arugula with Green Peppercorn Goat Cheese, Fried Plantain, Mostarda Vinaigrette (presented by Beer Director Tim Dohms). Beer – Weihenstephaner Dunkelweizen. Wine – Fortant Moulains Grande Reserve Carignan.
3rd Course: From-scratch Basil Pappardelle Pasta, Duck Confit, Heirloom Tomato Sauce (presented by Chef Nick Samaras, Pot Roast & Pinot). Beer – Lexington Brewing & Distilling Rye Barrel IPA. Wine – Querceto Chianti Classico Riserva 2007.
4th Course: “Grandmama’s” Florida Orange Bread Pudding, Candied Orange, Grand Marnier, Creme Fraiche (presented by Narja Campbell, GM, The Tin Cow Pace). Beer – Fairhope Judge Roy Bean Vanilla Espresso Stout. Wine – Torres ‘Floralis’ Aqua D’or Muscatel.
